Services and Rates
Individual Therapy
$200 for initial, 60-minute intake
$180 per 60-minute session
$150 per 45-minute session
Insurance
Kaila is currently in network with Aetna and Curalinc.
For clients who would like to pursue reimbursement from their insurance company, superbills can be provided upon request.
Modalities and Specializations
Eating Disorders
I have experience treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
EMDR
I am trained in EMDR, which can help individuals gain relief from symptoms like anxiety, flashbacks, and low self-esteem.
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
I have received a 200 hour post degree certification to support individuals before, during, and after psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions.
