Peak Wellness Center
Virtual and In-Person Therapy Sessions
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for things to feel different, therapy can be a great place to start. I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Our work may include exploring how thought patterns contribute to anxiety, developing tools to manage stress, or processing past experiences that continue to impact the present.

Modalities and Specializations

Eating Disorders
Therapy for an eating disorder focuses on helping you rebuild a healthier, more stable relationship with food, your body, and yourself. We’ll work to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that keep you feeling stuck, while also developing practical tools to navigate meals, reduce anxiety, and respond differently to urges.

EMDR
EMDR is a structured, supportive approach that helps you process difficult experiences without having to talk through every detail. Through a series of guided steps—including bilateral stimulation such as eye movements—you’ll reprocess these memories so they become less triggering and no longer drive current thoughts, emotions, or behaviors.

OCD
OCD can feel exhausting and all-consuming, and Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP) offers a way out of that cycle. We’ll work together to understand your specific triggers and gently challenge the patterns that keep OCD going, helping you respond differently to intrusive thoughts and feel less controlled by them.
